Your intention

The process for building your home begins with your intention and starts by meeting at your home to learn about your intention for your new home. At this point you may have a broad idea what you would like and we can go over any supporting ideas and pictures at this time. We will work with your ideas, collaborate together to create your dream home.  

Design & Drafting

Once we have a good idea of what your new home will be like, we have a concept plan drawn up by our design & drafting team to see what it will look like. We sit with you go over the design and clarify any changes, move walls, add storage…make sure you have a sense for how the rooms flow into one another. Once things start to feel right, we finalize the plans and get them ready for pricing and permits.

Agreement

After the plans are finalized, we go over our clear detailed estimate. You will see no hidden costs here, and our intention is provide you clarity with plan language on what we are building and including with your home. We go over our construction contract for review and agreement. We will go over our warranty & service program to ensure you are familiar with what is offered for your home once you move in and begin enjoying your new home.

Construction

Welcome Handover & Warranty

Once your home is constructed, we will do a site inspection together. As part of this inspection any concerns will be noted and resolved prior to your move in. We review with you our warranty & service program to ensure you are clear on what we offered for your home once you move in and begin enjoying your new home.
